Same as E. Trying to get more veggies/fruit in our diet & leaving out less of the carbs, sweets & snacks. Thanks for the give away. LOVE your site!

I have been walking more regularly (now with longer daylight), drinking water, portion control, and trying not to eat late at night (although I had a snack at 1030 last night).

I have cut back on sugars/fats which has helped to lose 18 lbs over the last several months. Now I have begun walking
