Cereal anyone??

We love cold cereal at our house. It is a great option for breakfast. And for dinner sometimes. In fact, I sometimes eat a bowl at night for my snack. My kids love dry cereal as a snack.



Thanks to MyBlogSpark and General Mills, we were given the opportunity to try a few boxes of General Mills.  My coupons came and I have been very anxious to use them.  The first box that I bought was Cheerios.  I love Cheerios and my daughter loves to eat them as a snack while Mama is cooking dinner.

I am looking forward to getting more General Mills cereals for our family to enjoy! We love all Chex and Kix!

Zhu Zhu Pets

What a great review and giveaway! This time my kids were very excited when the Fed-Ex truck pulled up and placed a LARGE box on the steps! Thanks to MomSelect and Zhu-Zhu Pets we are now the proud owners of "Chi Chi" and his house and tons of accessories!

The first thing I noticed about this cute little hamster was the little sounds that he makes. I also love the fact that there is no messy clean up for this little guy! We received Chi Chi, (named by my son), an excerise room and wheel, a surfboard and sleeping dome, and skate board and turn around, a car a garage, and a slide with a ramp, and an excersise ball! It took me a while to put together, maybe 30 minutes, but once it was set up, the fun began!

The hamster runs along the house and does not do the same routine each time. He really acts like a real hamster. The house has a bedroom and a bathroom. He makes a noise like he is jumping on the bed in the bedroom and whistling at himself in the bathroom mirror. So cute! My son's favorite part is the car! They loved letting Chi Chi drive it all over the kitchen!

The only problem that I have is that I don't have enough room in my house to keep all the pieces out at one time. I wish I did because every time the kids want to play I have to put it back together again. The good thing is it is much easier to put back together since all the pieces are already on, you just pop them together!

Avent Bottle Review

I personally prefer to breastfeed my children. With my first son I used a bottle with a collasable liner. I liked them but having to keep replacing the liners got expensive. I was working and having to pump so these type of bottles worked well with some liners I found that held breastmilk but it was hard to dump from a bottle into the liner! With my second son I was able to stay home and only had to pump occasionally. I sent my husband out to get a breast pump as I was so engorged I couldn't stand it anymore! He brought home an Avent Isis and I was in love. So easy and so guick. I also loved that I could pump into the bottle and freeze it! It was great as a stay at home who didn't have to have a large supply of milk and it was great for when I had to be away from him. When my daughter was born I used the same pump. I still love it! When we were offered the chance to review an Avent bottle I jumped at the chance!

First of all, this bottle is large! It holds 11 ounces! It is great for carring around juice for my daughter in the hot south! I also love the fact that is a wider bottle and makes it easy for her to hold it herself. I have never a problem with my daughter having gas with the Avent nipples. They are made to prevent it and after having used other bottles, I say it is true! I also love that Avent has tops that children can grow with. I love that they have removable handles and a different type of top to transition from the bottle to a sippy cup. How ingenious is that?

Yoplait Kids Giveaway!

We received a very cool Get Active prize pack from Yoplait and MyBlogSpark! My boys have enjoyed it, when it wasn't raining around here! It is great for them to get some of their energy out, as well as get some exercise! My son loves to drink out of the water bottle. I think it makes him feel like he is a big kid! The cooler will come in handy the hotter it gets here. We enjoy going to the park for lunch and it will make a great carrier to keep the sandwiches cool!

Both of my boys have enjoyed the Trix yogurt. My oldest tried to eat all of the cotton candy flavor, but I had to save one for my youngest! It must be good if they are fighting over it!

Yanni Voices-Review

We received Yanni Voices from the one2one network to review. We have been in the car a lot lately so I took it with us to listen on the way. I enjoyed the CD much more than I thought I would! Some of the songs are very calming. Chloe is an amazing singer and I preferred her songs over the others, just because of her voice. Some the songs are in a different language but still pretty. My son was "singing" along to them so the CD gets a thumbs up from my 4 year old!
